Pay and conditions of employment for practical nurses and other members of SuPer working in wellbeing services counties and municipalities will be negotiated this spring. On this page you will find the latest news about the ongoing negotiations.
Public sector negotiations begin on 11 March
The current collective agreements, i.e. the SOTE and HYVTES collective agreements for the wellbeing services counties, as well as KVTES for the municipal sector, will expire at the end of April. SuPer will negotiate together with Tehy on behalf of the negotiating organization Sote ry. The goal is to reach an agreement primarily through negotiations.
f the parties do not reach an agreement by the end of April, a state of no-agreement will begin in May. Negotiations will continue even in this state until an agreement is reached.
