Public sector negotiations 2025

The salaries and other conditions of employment practical nurses and other members of SuPer working in wellbeing services counties and municipalities will be negotiated during the spring of 2025. The relevant collective agreements, SOTE agreement, HYVTES, and KVTES, will expire at the end of April.

Collective agreement negotiations will begin in March. SuPer and other employee organizations, as well as the employer representative Kunta- ja hyvinvointialuetyönantajat KT, will discuss how they want to change the current agreements. SuPer, together with Tehy, negotiates for the agreements as the negotiation organization Sote ry.

SuPer’s goal is to reach an agreement primarily through negotiations. If the parties do not reach an agreement by the end of April, a state of no agreement will begin in early May. Negotiations will also continue in the state of no agreement until an agreement is reached.

Industrial actions are possible during a state of no agreemen. They are not the aim but a way of accelerating negotiations when the situation requires it. During a state of no agreement, the terms of the old collective agreement are applied until a new collective agreement is reached.
